25 Minute Pilates Workout
Short Pilates Workouts can be very effective especially when you flow from exercise to exercise. This is a fun-flowing 25 Minute Pilates Class that will leave you feeling more connected and stronger for the day ahead.
Begin with standing awareness before moving down onto the mat to move with full body exercises like plank work. You’ll also blend some exercises together for some unique and effective Pilates variations. This class ends strongly with work for the entire body with a plank, pushup and leg combo.
TIP: For the last exercise, feel free to step off your mat which will help with balance.
