40 Minute Full Body Workout

This Pilates Flow class focuses on effective and energizing exercises for the entire body. You’ll leave you feeling better in body and mind!

You’ll begin this class with a gentle seated Pilates warm-up before progressing to moving with ab work. From there you’ll progress through exercises to strengthen and lengthen the spine before working on the legs. 

Midway through the class, you’ll do standing Pilates exercises before taking your practice back down to the mat to round out the workout with exercises for the back. You’ll end the session with mobility and stretching exercises to leave the mat feeling so much better than you began!
