Who is Beth?

Working mom, cancer thriver, NCPT Pilates Instructor, and Health Educator, Beth has been teaching Pilates since 2004.

With the Trifecta Pilates YouTube Channel, Membership and the continuing education course, TIPA, Beth threads support and a holistic approach into the Pilates method.

After working full time, she knows that the best way to be consistent with a Pilates practice is to move with it at home with an easy to follow plan that allows for flexibility. This is what's built into the Trifecta Pilates Membership.

I'm new to Pilates, is this a good fit for me?

Yes. There are a variety of classes to choose from, including beginner and level 1 classes. In addition, members have access to the Foundations Workout Program and the 4-Week Pilates for Beginners Series. You'll also get extra support with the Group Calls.   

What's if I can't make the Live Classes?

Because we have members from across the world, most members can't attend live. For any Pilates Workouts taught live, the replays will also be available. You can submit your questions and Beth will answer them. You'll have access to the time stamped replay so you can easily find the response to your questions.  

I've been moving with Pilates for a long time, is the Membership worth it?

There are people in the Membership who have been moving with Pilates for over 20 years in the studio or at home. They still find value in the Membership Experience.

Any contracts or commitments?

No. As a member you can cancel your membership at anytime before the renewal date directly within the Membership Portal under "My Membership".  

Do I need special equipment?

The main piece of equipment used is a Pilates mat. There are additional workouts that feature small pieces of at-home equipment. Additional suggestions are provided if you don't have that piece of equipment.   

What's your refund policy?

With the Annual and Semi-Annual Plans there is a refund policy valid for the first 30 days. Simply email support@trifectapilates.com so we can help.  

What's the difference between the YouTube Workouts and the Membership?

The membership provides Pilates with a plan, structure, motivation and support to get the most benefits from your at-home Pilates practice. It offers additional members only classes, an easy to follow monthly calendar, full length Pilates workouts, specialized Pilates training plans, guidance from Beth and so much more!  

Will the price increase in the future?
