Beginner Flow Pilates
This is the perfect mat Pilates routine if you’ve been moving with Beginner level classes and would like to work on your Pilates flow. Move from one exercise to another, syncing movement to deep breathing during this 20-minute at-home Pilates class.
You’ll begin the class with the standing roll-down exercise to begin to warm up the body, before continuing the warm-up for your spine. After the short warm-up, you’ll work the back muscles and legs before progressing into Pilates ab exercises including a variation of the hundred exercise.
And to round out your practice, you’ll end with standing exercises for awareness and balance. This is a slow-moderate tempo class, perfect if working with the class style of flow is new to your Pilates practice.
