Bosu Ball Pilates Workout

Spice up your at-home Pilates practice and use a Bosu Ball for an effective and fun 45 minute Total Body Pilates Workout. This is the perfect Pilates class to add variety into your workout routine.

This full-length Pilates Class begins with a standing warm-up focusing on balance exercises. From there you’ll progress to plank work and additional standing work for stretch, balance and strength.

Then take it down to the bosu to work on the back, abs, more legs, and upper body. To end the class, move with a brief stretching routine using Pilates stretches and the bosu.

This is a well-rounded total body workout where you will leave the class feeling good.
