Classic Pilates Ab Workout

This is a fast paced workout focusing on traditional Pilates exercises for the abs. You’ll move exercises like the hundred, roll over and single leg stretch. This is an amazing workout for the abs in a short amount of time.

You’ll find a deep Pilates flow with this short workout, moving from one exercise to another. The exercises in class are a portion of the classic 34 Pilates mat class featured in Joseph Pilates book, Return to Life. Because this is a fast-paced class, this is an advanced level Pilates class and not recommended for all fitness levels.


Recommended Equipment

You won’t need any additional equipment besides a Pilates mat, though I do always recommend that your mat has enough cushion for support.
