This is an Intermediate Pilates class where you’ll flow from one exercise to the next for an effective total body Pilates workout. If you’re new to Pilates, pass on this class and try a beginner Pilates class instead.
But if you’re ready to move with hundred, roll up, roll over, and other intermediate Pilates exercises, have fun with this class. You’ll notice that when you come back to this class you’ll be able to foster a greater flow.
