Once you have a strong foundation with Pilates and have been moving with it for a while, there’s nothing better than finding your mat Pilates flow with no equipment.

This is where you can find ease and effortless movement. Where you play and have fun. This 25-minute at-home Pilates mat class is not only good for the body, but you’ll also feel more energized after the class!

You’ll begin this at-home Pilates workout with no equipment in a kneeling position and move with exercises to warm up the body. You’ll quickly progress to lunge stretches and standing lunge work before focusing on Pilates ab exercises.

Find your Pilates Flow with this effective Pilates Workout. This is an intermediate Pilates class, and the Roll Over and Teaser exercises are included in this class. (You can always opt-out of any exercise!) From there you’ll work the spine, legs, arms, and back for an effective and fun total body workout.

During this Pilates workout in under 30 minutes, you’ll find flowing movements from one Pilates exercise to another for seamless transitions. Part of the trick is to keep your legs strong and engaged, continue to breathe deeply, and ditch Pilates Perfection.
