Full Body Workout
Pilates may be known for an amazing ab workout, but really the core work that you do is to support every exercise and movement on and off the mat.
As much as we like to segment the body, it works together to support you! That’s why a favorite type of workout is a Full Body Pilates Routine, and this one offers a little twist!
You’ll begin this 30-minute at-home workout with a gentle Pilates Warmup sequence to prepare your body for the rest of the class. This will help you when you work on a rotation of the spine with different Pilates exercises during this mat Pilates workout with no equipment.
After the Pilates warmup exercises, you’ll focus on engaging in your abs and core, before progressing to side Pilates exercises for the lower body. During this routine, you won’t need any equipment but this is an effective Pilates class for the whole body.
You’ll also move with exercises to strengthen the arms and back, before closing the 30-minute full-body Pilates mat workout.
