All movement matters and this is the perfect short Pilates flow when you want a nourishing and restorative Pilates session.

Focus on deep breathing and gentle movements during this 15 minute feel good Pilates Class. You won’t need any additional equipment besides a cushioned Pilates mat (though you can always use a blanket for more cushion for the knees).

You’ll move with small and expansive movements during this online Pilates session focusing on movements to unwind tension and reset the body because sometimes the best way to make progress is to slow down.

As you move with the session, tap into the nourishing experience, making any adjustments along the way that feel good.
