LIFT Arms Routine
Get stronger arms and work on posture during this 15 minute standing Pilates class using weights.
This class is divided into three different rounds for the upper body. Between each round are exercises that work on balance. Each standing arm phase has different variations to challenge the body and mind for an effective upper body workout.
Tip: start with light weights. If that feels good and you want more strengthening work, next time you move with this class use slightly heavier weights.
