Lower Body Ankle Weights Class
Pilates may be known for a good core workout but it can do so much more than that, AND you want to work more than the core.
In fact, getting stronger legs is essential as we age.
Did I just say the A word?
I sure did! Today is the youngest we’re ever going to be, but we can get stronger. This is so important for everyday life. Whether that’s getting on the floor to play with your kids, grandkids, or dog, you want to get up with ease.
Try this leg strengthening workout to keep the lower body strong!
This is a 15 minute Pilates mat class focusing on an effective total leg workout at home. You’ll begin with a brief standing warm-up before taking your Pilates practice down to the mat focusing on a well-rounded leg workout.
Bonus, use ankle weights for more of a challenge, or opt-out of using the ankle weights.
