Unwind tension with this 10-minute stretch routine to feel good in your body. This is a Pilates Yoga Lower Body Fusion class for days when you’re short on time or to move with after another workout.
Take time to stretch and breathe deeply during this class. You’ll move with positions to stretch the lower body, though we sneak in a stretch for the back too.
This is a wonderful short stretching routine to do after a workout or even first thing in the morning.
