Mini Ball Abs Workout

Aug 19, 2022

This 10 minute Pilates abs routine is focused on an effective core workout using a Pilates ball. The perfect workout to do when you’re short on time, or to combine with another class.

This short and focused Pilates Routine is all about the abs. As you use a small Pilates ball, you’ll find a deeper connection with the ab exercises. This is a slow paced Pilates session to move with more awareness and connection.

Tips:

  • When the hands are behind the head, they are supporting the head and not pulling on it.
  • Engage your legs strongly whenever they are off the mat.
  • Keep the work focused in the abs. If you notice work in the hips, back or neck, take a break or try another exercise.
