Mini-Ball Pilates Workout
This is a 20-minute workout using a small exercise ball to provide extra support and connection with each Pilates mat exercise. You’ll not only engage muscles but unwind tension working on posture in this class as well.
You’ll begin this mat Pilates Workout with a supported spine extension before progressing to supported ab exercises. From there you’ll work on postural exercises and progress to a nourishing total body routine. This is a slower-paced Pilates class perfect for beginners or if you just want to go deeper with the exercises for more benefits with your workout.
