Morning Pilates Flow

Wake up the body with this Morning Pilates Flow Routine. You’ll begin with a Gentle Warm-up for the back before progressing with this slow and restorative Pilates class to feel good in the body.

This class is a reminder that taking time to move with a feel-good Pilates Workout is just as important as a more challenging class. You’ll work to reset and release tension with this 20 minute all levels Pilates class with no equipment. As an option, you can use a yoga blanket for extra support and a cushion for the knees or when you’re in a seated position. This will help you get all of the benefits from the relaxing Pilates stretches you’ll move with during the class.
