Hi I’m Beth!
I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 20 years, and my approach is all about making Pilates effective, mindful, and deeply rewarding.
I created this Series to help you build strength and flexibility while nurturing your nervous system. You’ll be using simple equipment you already have at home, like a chair or blanket, to add variety and maximize the benefits of your home practice.
Whether you’re new to Pilates, a seasoned instructor, or simply seeking a more vibrant life, I’m here to guide you on this beautiful journey.
