Pilates Ab & Leg Class

Alternate between Pilates ab exercises and leg strengthening exercises during this short Pilates class. If you want to strengthen your abs, this is a great class to move with!

This is the perfect Mini-Pilates Routine to focus on stronger abs and legs. And in order to get stronger, this means you want to be challenged… in just the right way. As you move with the ab exercises, feel the work focused on the abs. And as you move with the leg exercises, connect to the legs.

TIP: If upper ab curls aren’t your thing, you can always move with a reverse curl in its place. If you only have regular resistance bands, you can tie them so they make a looped resistance band.
