Power Pilates Flow

This is a short and powerful total body Pilates workout with no equipment. This class if perfect for days when you have high energy and want to be challenged in just the right way. Join me on the mat for this workout!

You’ll begin this 20 minute routine with standing Pilates exercises for the lower body. If the balance is challenging, step off your mat for a more stable surface as you move. As the class progresses you’ll move with exercises like the hundred, roll over, rocking prep, and shoulder bridge. This is a power-packed full-body Pilates workout in 20 minutes that will leave you feeling energized for the day.
