Scoliosis Stretches
Whether you have scoliosis or an imbalance in your spine, this 25 min mat Pilates class features scoliosis stretches & exercises to help restore more balance in the body without force.
This is a gentle class giving you time to first assess if you have any imbalances in the spine when you side bend or rotate. This awareness will help you as you move through the class.
The goal of this class is to focus on deep breathing to support the Pilates exercises and stretches to help restore balance in the body. This isn’t something that can be forced. You want to sense ease during this session to get the most benefits from this 25 minute Pilates mat class.
