Seated Arm Workout

Get your arms working in this seated Pilates class. For a little extra stability challenge, sit on a large exercise ball to work on balance.

The focus of this class is all about the arms with a bit of core activation work included. For more work for the arms, increase the size of the weights you’re using. And if you experience a lot of work in the neck or upper shoulders, decrease the weight. You can also move without any weights during this Pilates class focusing more on ease of the arm movements and core stability.
