Standing Pilates Class

This standing Pilates workout focuses on all standing exercises for balance and strength with a little extra focus on posture. This 10-minute class is also a great sequence to do as part of a midday break.

This is the perfect workout on its own or as a warmup to another more traditional Pilates class down on the mat. Since you’re standing the entire time, feel the connection of the feet down into the floor or band through the Pilates Routine for a more grounding experience.

Use a long resistance band for this class so you get more reach and connection. As an option, you can do this same class without the band! And you can always try the class with and without the band to mix it up.
