Standing Strength Class
This mat Pilates workout is for days when you want an extra challenge. And bonus, you don’t have to get down on the mat. This class is done standing or using a chair. You can repeat this class one or two times for more strengthening work.
This class begins with standing Pilates leg exercises, before progressing to arm and core exercises. You’ll continue alternating between lower and upper body Pilates exercises and end with standing balance exercises.
If you move with this class for one or two more rounds, take at least a one-minute break before the next round.
