If you've ever asked yourself a question like...

Why is it that some clients can’t seem to feel what’s happening in their bodies, no matter how much I cue them?

How can I teach in a way that helps clients really *feel* the exercises rather than just going through the motions?

Some clients seem hyper-focused on ‘doing it right’—how can I shift them toward a more embodied experience?

Whether you’re new to teaching or have been teaching Pilates for years, this workshop will deepen your understanding of the mind-body connection. You’ll discover how trauma, stress, and movement interact with the nervous system, offering new perspectives on how your clients respond to Pilates. This isn’t just about stress relief—it’s about understanding the role of the autonomic nervous system and how it influences everything from energy levels to movement quality.

Hi there-

Over the years Pilates has become so much more than a good workout and shifted to a powerful tool for healing. I’ve worked in a variety of settings—Pilates studios, academia, and now as an entrepreneur.

Over the years, I’ve come to understand just how much our bodies hold onto stress and trauma, and that’s why I specialize in a trauma-informed approach.

If you’re ready to dive deeper into this approach and learn how to integrate it into your teaching, join me for the upcoming workshop!
