Teaser Prep Abs Workout
In this ab workout, you’ll work on finding strength and ease to help with the Pilates Teaser exercise. In Pilates Workouts, finding a balance between effort and ease is essential to get more benefits from the class. In this way, you’ll also focus the work in the areas that you want to get stronger.
As you move through this 5 minute Pilates class, use your hands as much as you’d like to first find ease and more support from the abs. Once you find more release in the hips and connection to the ab work, slowly use your arms less for support which will make the abs work more.
Since this is a short Pilates Class, you can repeat this class again or combine it with another Pilates workout too.
