Find your Pilates flow and engage more deeply into the body with this 40-minute mat Pilates Workout. You’ll move with some traditional and nontraditional exercises during this class for a fun and effective full-body workout.

Connect with your Pilates Flow using resistance bands during this class. You’ll get extra stretch and strength when you use resistance bands for your at-home Pilates Practice and they are so small and inexpensive, it’s a great first investment into your personal Pilates practice.

Use a light long band and a heavier looped band during this class. And if the band ever feels too heavy, ditch it!

Pilates is all about personalizing the experience so it feels beneficial for you and that doesn’t always mean the most challenging option.
