Wake Up Routine

Jul 1, 2022

Rise and shine with this 10-minute Morning Pilates. The perfect Pilates Class for when you want gentle movements to start your day.

This is a short Pilates routine to stretch and mobilize the body. You’ll begin with movements for the spine before engaging into the legs and center body.

Throughout this routine, take it at your own pace. It’s less important to match what I’m doing, and more important is that the short class feels good. This can mean staying in a stretch for a longer length of time or even doing a different movement.

One of the nice aspects of a class like this is you can also focus on breathing deeply throughout the routine, which makes the session even more enjoyable and beneficial.

TIP: You can also use this class as an extended warm-up before another Pilates session.
