Yoga Block Workout

Jul 22, 2022

Find deeper connections with this 30-minute at-home Yoga Block Workout. You’ll move with some favorite Pilates exercises with the block and some new exercises too.

This class begins with standing exercises focusing on stability, balance, and stretching to warm up the body. Throughout this class, you’ll be pressing on the yoga block with your hands or legs fostering more engagement with the exercises. You’ll also use the block for extra support with other movements for an effective, unique, and fun Pilates class.

TIP: Cork yoga blocks are more stable but if they feel too harsh on the body, move with foam blocks. It’s also a good idea to have two of the same type of yoga blocks for your Pilates or yoga practice.
