Hi, I’m Beth. I used to think progress meant sticking to a strict plan—but life is way too unpredictable for that. When schedules got hectic or energy was low, I’d skip workouts and feel stuck.
What I’ve learned? Adapting your movement to your time, energy, and mood isn’t a compromise—it’s how you stay consistent and make real progress.
