Beth Sandlin

Hi, I’m Beth, and I’m thrilled to guide you on your journey to becoming a Pilates mat teacher. With over 20 years of experience in Pilates and health education, I bring a unique perspective to teaching and learning.

As a certified Pilates teacher, I specialize in trauma-informed approaches and bringing Pilates out of the studio and into non-traditional settings. Whether it’s a gym, recreation center, park, or another space, I combine movement and mindfulness to help people reconnect with their bodies. My passion is making Pilates accessible, effective, and adaptable to meet the needs of every student.

I created the Pilates Mat Teacher Training to go beyond just teaching the 34 traditional Pilates mat exercises—I want to help you build a sustainable and fulfilling career. You’ll learn not only how to teach Pilates but also how to align your teaching to support your clients holistically, and grow as a professional.
