Beth Sandlin is a trailblazer in the Pilates world, blending Pilates workouts for physical health with practices that nurture the nervous system. Teaching since 2004, she’s the founder of Trifecta Pilates, where her at-home workouts emphasize functional living and holistic well-being, helping people move better and feel their best.

Her teacher certificate programs are grounded in trauma-informed care and nervous system science, equipping instructors with the tools to teach with confidence, adaptability, and purpose.

As a cancer survivor and mom of two, Beth brings a personal understanding of how movement supports both body and mind. Her motto is simple: move with purpose, live with joy!
