Pilates Exercise Mat

PILATES MAT

If anything, make sure you’re using a cushioned Pilates mat. They offer more support than Yoga mats for the knees, hips and back.
Resistance Bands

RESISTANCE BANDS

These long stretchy bands provide support with some exercises and stretches. They also provide strength training with other exercises.
Pilates Magic Circle

PILATES MAGIC CIRCLE

A classic piece of Pilates equipment, perfect to compliment your at-home Pilates workouts. This provides additional resistance.
Weights

LIGHT HAND WEIGHTS

These are the perfect addition to build more strength with your Pilates workouts. Between 1-5 pound weights are ideal.
Looped Resistance Bands

LOOPED RESISTANCE BANDS

Similar to long resistance bands, these can add variety, support and extra strength based work to your Pilates workouts.
Ankle Weights

ANKLE WEIGHTS

Weights that are strapped to the ankles provide additional strength work for the legs. Between 2-5 pound weights are good for Pilates workouts.
Yoga Blocks with a Strap

YOGA BLOCKS & STRAP

These can be used for extra support and with some workouts provide extra muscular engagement. The strap is useful for stretches.
foam roller

FOAM ROLLER

About 39 inches in length, this unstable piece of equipment can help foster greater awareness of stabilizing muscles.
Gliding Discs

GLIDING DISCS

A fun addition to add variety with exercises that are more classic to the Pilates studio. This brings more strength into your practice.
Small Exercise Ball

SMALL BALL

About 9 inches, this squishy and unstable ball can provide extra awareness and engagement during your Pilates workouts.
yoga blanket

YOGA BLANKET

If you’d like extra support for your knees, this is a perfect addition. The blanket is also used in some workouts and stretches.
Large Exercise Ball

LARGE EXERCISE BALL

This ball is used to work on balance and you can try new exercises as well. The size of the ball is determined by your height.
Bosu Ball

BOSU BALL

This ball is more stable than a full exercise ball and because of this you can do additional exercises and variations with the Bosu Ball.
Folding Chair

FOLDING CHAIR

A simple addition for seated or standing classes. You just want to make sure your chair is stable and can support you.
Wood Dowel

WOOD DOWEL

A simple broomstick handle will do the trick. You can use this for balance and stretch the shoulders with the dowel.
